First of all, look how beautiful/awesome my sister looks in the oversize cowl top I made her:

I made it in black because that's a color I know she'll wear.
I think it looks great in black. I like it more than the white.

Next, check out some these new skeins of yarn I made.
I'm really into them.

(The third one was a bit difficult to photograph.)

I really love it when time falls backwards.
All day long I was saying "Wow, I can't believe it is only such and such o'clock!"
Get over it, Craig!

Ben J. and I had ourselves a little photo session yesterday morning.
I'd been meaning to photograph some cowls I knit awhile back.
Here are some of them:

And then:

Then I packed up my things (didn't take long because I never took things out of my boxes, really) and moved to my new place.

Yes.

I signed a lease.

And I really have no furniture.
If you live in the Brooklyn area and have cool/free furniture to give me, let me know.

I don't even have a bed.

If you're in the NYC area, you must check out the Museum of Arts and Design, specifically the Second Lives exhibit. The exhibit is all about taking found objects (and/or trash or whatever) and making them into works of art. It was so awesome and inspiring.

A dress made of rubber gloves = very nice.

In other news, here are a couple of knit pieces I've completed lately:

I made this scarf with yarn I dyed in soft, light shades of green, yellow, and blue. It's bulky and warm and very cozy.

This is something I finished last night using yarn I spun last week:

It's a Möbius strip cowl. I'm really into those right now. I've made a couple more cowls like that that I've photographed but yet to upload onto the internet.

Möbius strip, in case you don't know:

P.S.
I'm getting a nose job.
