Today is the day I actually saw somebody with a prosthetic arm and a hook for a hand.
I think this is up there with that day I was walking home to my apartment and I saw a man walking his poodles. And one of the poodles ran up to me and started baring its fangs and barking at me.
And then that time I was walking to class in the morning and I saw somebody start their morning jog all of a sudden. (They were walking casually and then all of a sudden they just began to run. It was odd. To me, at least.)
hi.

You've never seen someone with a hook before?Wow.Well, welcome to the club.
Nope! I've only heard about it.And seen it on television. Thanks for the welcome!
(Pretend I'm not commenting, I'm supposed to be studying.)
I've never actually seen someone with a hook. Now I feel left out.
My high school Spanish teacher's husband had a hook for a hand. He makes these amazing little wooden boxes with quilt patterns on the tops. I got "Drunkard's Path" for my mother-in-law to put her quilting notions in.
are they called notions? or is that just sewing?
whoknows. anyway….notions. what a cute word!
Poodles blow. They have attitude problems.
The tags for this post are fab. I was just thinking last night about whether I would prefer to have a wooden peg leg or a hook for a hand. Gnarly!
Cool. I didn't think that there actually where people out there that has a hook for a hand. Lol…I suppose that there are more odd things in the world then we think.
